Om gårdlauget

Vi tæller i alt ni leje-, ejer- og andelsboligforeninger:

Hver forening er medlem af gårdlauget og bidrager økonomisk efter en fordelingsnøgle, der fremgår af vedtægterne.

På den årlige generalforsamling vælges en bestyrelse a 3-5 medlemsrepræsentanter, som varetager driften.

Gårdlauget Westend 10-32 blev dannet i 2002 som en del af byfornyelsen i København, hvor Københavns Kommune var med til at skabe gården. I nogle sammenhænge hedder vi “Gårdlaug IV”.

Vores opgave er at drive fællesarealerne på strækningen mellem Westend 10 og Matthæusgade 6 samt de affaldsskure, som er placeret på den østlige side (ulige numre) af Westend.

Vi er forpligtet til at samarbejde med gårdlauget mellem Westend og Dannebrogsgade. I nogle sammenhænge hedder de “Gårdlaug III”.

Den enkelte forening varetager selv vedligeholdelse af egen gårdområde herunder specielt fjernelse af ukrudt, rydning af genstande, der ikke bruges og beplantningen generelt. Husk der må ikke beskæres i træer og buske der står i Saxoparken, dette hører under Københavns Kommune.
